Our Approach

Every brand was taken through a customised strategy-led journey, built around their business model, goals, audience, and long-term vision.

I start by understanding who the business needs to attract next, where their brand is misaligned, and why their current positioning isn’t matching the level of their service. From there, brand strategy informs everything, from messaging and tone to the visual identity. And after implementing the strategies these were the results.

Endless Adventures With Porsha

Where She Started:

Before the rebrand, Endless Adventures with Porsha had heart, experience, and potential but the brand wasn’t doing the business justice.

The business was stuck in a cycle of:

  • Constantly trying to figure out what to post and how to show up online

  • A lack of understanding around her brand voice, visuals, and content direction

  • Low-value enquiries and clients shopping purely on price

  • A brand that blended in, rather than standing out in the travel space

Porsha knew she wanted to attract a more luxury-aligned clientele, build long-term relationships, and move away from being seen as “just another travel agent.” The issue wasn’t her service. It was perception.

Results After the Rebrand

  • Generated $100,000 in sales in Q1 2025

  • Clear increase in revenue driven by stronger positioning and higher-value enquiries

  • More consistent bookings through Instagram and referrals rather than price-led leads

Queens Laser

Where She Started:

Before working together, Queens Laser was busy, but things didn’t feel right.

The business was:

  • Attracting cheap clients and low-quality staff

  • Busy with clients but burnt out and overwhelmed

  • Making very little profit, and at one point zero profit

  • Feeling embarrassed by the branding, signage, colours, and overall look

  • Lacking direction, tone, and clarity on how the brand should show up

Even after moving into a new location, the brand didn’t match the level of the business. Everything felt mismatched, confusing, and confidence-knocking.

In her own words, it “felt like shit” and didn’t feel like a business that could level up.

Results After the Rebrand

  • Went from zero profit at one stage to generating £34,000 ($45,000) per month

  • On track to reach £50,000 ($66,875) per month as the business continues to scale

  • Revenue stability allowed for reinvestment into growth

More Client Results

Revenue Growth

  • Supported clients in achieving consistent five-figure months after rebranding

  • One client recorded a 35% increase in revenue compared to previous years post-rebrand

  • Multiple clients raised their prices confidently and still signed clients shortly after

Opportunities

  • One client secured the opportunity to place a billboard in a major airport

  • That same client was featured and invited to speak at high-calibre industry events

  • Clients now receive opportunities aligned with their positioning, not random exposure

Freedom

  • Clients work less while earning more

  • Business owners step out of day to day running and into growth and leadership

  • More time for family, including being present with their children

  • Income is no longer tied to being fully booked or burnt out
