EAP Travels is a travel agency rooted in a passion for exploring the world, EAP Travels curates personalised journeys that help clients step out of their comfort zones and immerse themselves in new cultures. With a mission to make travel seamless and joyous, they handle every detail with care, ensuring a stress-free experience. Their vision is to empower individuals to embrace the freedom and excitement of travel, creating memories that last a lifetime.

Project Goals:

The primary objective was to create a professional brand identity that reflected her expertise in creating a stress-free, personalised travel experience. The business needed a brand transformation that would position her as an authority in the travel industry, making her more appealing to her ideal audience which was groups looking for seamless travel planning.

EAP Travels made a transition in her business to focus attracting more luxury clients whilst maintaining a fun and adventurous theme to match her personal brand.

During the Brand Strategy phase we found that her ideal luxury clients do enjoy adventure and are willing to pay high prices for it, so with that being said we went with a minimal font to appeal to those luxury clients but added an image to bring the fun element into the brand. We also created a brand pattern that resembled the adventure of the brand with images such as starfish, hot air balloons and a cave.

The combination of the script font and serif font complements the adventurous side of the brand but still minimal to appeal to those high-paying clients.

The Results...

I shared with Shanee that I wanted to attract a clientele who valued the luxury of using a travel agent. It wasn't about price tags, but about building lasting relationships with clients who would come back to me for every trip. I also mentioned my goal to focus more on large travel groups.

 

Since the rebrand, I've seen amazing results! I've been getting more inquiries. I've already had 3-4 group inquiries that are moving forward with booking or have already traveled.

Right now, the largest group is a group of 20 travellers. l've also noticed a huge increase in repeat clients and referrals
